eddyramrod Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 Damn you man.... I would totally love this, but don't have even the discount price at the moment.
EssDeeWon Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 Cos of Brexit these British machines will only go up in value when all foreign cars are forced to leave the UK soon. Twiggy, alf892, Magnificent Rustbucket and 9 others 12
Insideimsmiling Posted July 1, 2016 Posted July 1, 2016 Poor timing as I just bought a 75 from a lying scumbag with my eyes closed and of course it boiled its head and is scrap. Upside it had a new battery but the downside is it cost me 300 quid. Now this would have been great but I would now happily banger race every last one of them.

Did you buy a 1.8?
tabact Posted July 5, 2016 Posted July 5, 2016 Well my Xantia's exhaust decided to finally give up yesterday after numerous bodges and fell apart driving through Wendover. It's not worth getting a complete exhaust fitted the car isn't worth enough to justify the expense. I'll gradually fix the exhaust myself but got pissed off today trying to remove the front pipe bolts and need something now so I can get to work, Luckily I work on a casual basis so apart from losing money today no big deal turning down the shift. I've been looking for a smaller car that is more economical than the Xantia so obviously a Rover 75 V6 is the solution. I'm in Risborough and apparently it's only £6 on the bus with a travel pass to Buckingham. So if the car is still available and you want a very quick sale I'll send you a PM. Roverageous and Skizzer 2

tabact Posted July 5, 2016 Posted July 5, 2016 Embarrassingly I hadn't bothered checking what my insurance premium would be changing from the Xantia and for some reason it shoots right up for the Rover, although a similar insurance group, so no Rover and back under the Xantia tomorrow. Apologies to Six-cylinder for posting before checking the insurance.
