Very good call on the fruit pastels but I'm more partial to a mint so a packet of them added to the emergency kit.

Ohh that would be nice, the flame red unfortunately quickly reverts to fame pink so it's not my favourite colour

 

Everyone overlooks the old 12v CIH engine but it's an honest engine with none of the timing chain issues of the 24 valves and they only made em in 12v for a very short period (1987 to 1989 although some got registered later)

 

They carried on using the engine for several more years in the CDX estates and Senators too I've had a few of them.

Errr what was I worried about - hooked the battery and it churned over for a few secs and clattered into life till the lifters got up to pressure, no pez shot cos plenty of fuel in it so have a pez guage shot instead
