May I suggest you let folk have your PayPal details, get the fiesta mot'd then flog it for reasonable coin which you can then recycle into something more suitable

.......... they sent me 30 quid straight off in case I need a taxi anywhere. I've never known that to bloody happen!

I have a friend who needed a lot of surgery after something fell off a lorry and came through her windscreen, the 3rd party insurance could not do enough for her while she was recovering to the extent they paid for alternative therapy to help alleviate symptoms she was having.

All this was to help her recover which would reduce the claim so there is logic in them helping you out.

 

Glad to see you (both) are getting on with it, it just takes time so don't rush it.

It might be worth someone who has met and is local to Bub give their paypal details and 'take control' of the situation as Bub is possibly not upto the extra hassle?

It all depends on how much its worth with ticket on it. Hassle of selling it too. Got a lot on at minute but will do what I can. I'm whittling about getting to hospital tomorrow,need a new hearing aid!

Fiesta failed. Spring on rear,brake line front to rear and both rear cylinders

That's not to bad for the old festa (I have a roll of copper pipe in the back of my van) if needs be, you know where I am if you need anything,

 

On the other side after owning a proton auto myself in the past I would recommend 1 any day

Why not roffle the fester? each number is a 50th of the proton cost. If the winner wants the fester they can have it or donate it to you to flog as you please.
