Having purchased the ex Eddyramrod Mercury Sable it became decision time. Mrs Beard was ok about the purchase, but something needed to happen. Three cars is one too many it seems.

Right. How to justify three cars...

As the Mercury is basically a Ford Taurus, which was used as a police car in the US I had an idea. It is white....

Hmmmm.

Lots of time on eBay has resulted in me buying lots of NYPD patrol car stuff. The plan being to recreate a NYPD patrol car. Seems that anything different is in great demand for weddings/stag/hen parties etc. So far so good.

However this has got me thinking about white Vauxhall Omegas, a couple of Holden Commodore badges from Oz eBay and New South Wales Police stickers for an Aussie cop car replica.
