Someone called TRW has a Rover bumper and some strange tendancies

Someone who shits peas, is not a murderer but does have canny ballistic tendencies wants it taken far north and slightly east

Many people have offered to do strange things with said bumper, but no-one has actually offered to pick it up and deliver it
