Get the wife to sit in it, save a fortune on Duracell. Win win

I use one every day, and you know what? They're shit. Very very rare to find something with the shake/push/pull that you wouldn't find wiggling the wheel yourself, and if anything show up,calling someone to shake/pull whilst you feel and look for any play. Stupid things.

Still have to think which side is which to put on the failure when testing lights in the mirrors too. Everyfinks the wrong way round innit.

I have been shaken at kwik fit also - by the cost of their own brand centaur tyres when I had my cavalier.

Thieving bastards.

Oh, I seem to be totally wrong, its just once I had an exhaust bit fitted and as they were lowering the car from above head level they stopped it 5 times or so suddenly with a jerk and they took great pleasure in telling me I needed a full set of shockers for the mot cos the car bounced.

NO FOOKIN SHIT SHIRLOCK.....................You'll bounce if you do that to my car again.

I thought they didn't have to 'bounce the corners' anymore to check for damper problems?

Whenever I go to my garage man Mahmouds, he usually uses me as the MOT helper, if not, he uses well known customers, very rarely does he use his own fitters to help out.

The only time I see a car shake is when they are checking play in the front wheels. Cars don't seem very "violently shaken, though a lot of force is used.
