Cool, that's a great bit of free advertising for Volvo.

 

He probably does mostly motorway miles at 65 or 70 or whatever,  so the miles can pile up without stressing the engine. If the article said there was a high proportion of town driving or stop/start city stuff I'd be even more impressed.

KYO's lump had an estimated 350k on it when TINGS BE REFRESHED. I don't know how many miles it's actually done - because the records I have for it are sporadic and I don't know how many times it's been round the clock. 

The Daily Fail ran a story on a Mancunian cabbie who had a mostly original million mile Mondeo estate, mind.............
