Some twunt has nudged the 190E and put a dent in the rear door.  Its quite shallow and has pulled the lower body cladding in with it.   I see some cheapy dent pullers on Ebay.....Any good?   (I know I will struggle to straighten the cladding but  that's another story...)

problem is they require a seal to be made to work and dented bodywork does not provide a good seal.

 

I'd take the door card off and push from the inside - gently - and see if it pops out that way - otherwise, leave it to the professionals.

I used a rounded piece of straight wood with a chamois taped round it on the inside of the door of my old E30 325i. Heated the inside of the ding up with a hairdryer as I pressed (not to hard) on the area.

 

I have a Sealey dent puller (somewhere) which was good for getting a big, shallow dent out of the roof of my Metro after a fat lycra-moose sat on the car. (Looooooong story)

Hmmm, taking the door card off is an option but will, sod's law, present me with a solid inner skin nowhere near where I need to push.   As there is a wide strip of cladding right across the indentation I might just try a self tapper bodge and smeg it up afterwards before slapping the plakky back on.

I paid 80 quid (probably too much and I bet you can get it for less) for a paintless dent guy to push out the dent on my Merc. It's amazing what they can do as long as the paints not broken.

It was a party in "Oakies" forest, a long long time ago. Those who weren't drinking brought their cars to play music, and to take the pissed and incapable home later on. Think of about 70-80 headbangers, Iron Maiden t shirts, crates of Bud, Merrydown cider and Guns n' Roses playing. Early 1990s.

 

Some big fat bitch decided to sit on the roof of my car and go "Woo hoo! Look at me!!" to universal replies of "Get the fuck off Andy's car!" My then-gf was ready for chucking fatty in the river.

You could always try the hair dryer and compressed air route (can upside down) route depending on the size of the dent.
