Would anyone be interested in a Scottish shitefest in rural Perthshire?

I've spoken with the owner of here:

He said he'd be up for hosting a Scottish shitefest with maybe 10-15 guests. Either a day out type of thing or there may be a field for basic camping.

If I can drum up some interest then I'll see if the day can go ahead.

Cheers

Scott

So are you going to play some variant of Where's Wally with your own cars parked amongst the scrap metal? Where's Wartburg?

Great! just need to decide a date and format and we'll go from there. Does anyone have any preferences?

A couple more pics I took today to tempt you into this autoshite wonderland...

Good grief. This sounds fantastic! And I can't claim Scotland is too far, because the Scotoshite Massive are travelling all the way to Wales. I shall pray for an increase in finances.

Since Perthshire is only round the corner it would be impossible not to come along.

How likely am I to sell this to Mrs.Fraud as a 'romantic weekend in one of Scotland's most idyllic spots' ?

It IS genuinely in one of Scotland's most idyllic areas, you might just get away with having a holiday nearby and sloping off for the day.

Count me in if I'm allowed in.

Does anyone have a preference for dates? Also I'm only promoting this through the forum as I want to decrease the risk of mouth breathing fucktards, banger racers or pikeys turning up... The place is situated somewhere between Killin and Pitlochry if any of you want to make arrangements to stay at hotels close by...

I actually created it in response to this, which looks and sounds totally boring and shit...

I don't see why not, the poster is bullshit anyway. it'll be free as well.

Excellent. I spat my tea out at the £10 entry price! Free sounds better.

No idea how my finances will be then, but it only seems fair to make the effort when the Scoto-lot are trekking down to Wales.

Is the date set for August 10th then? That's the same date as the dundee motor show.

Ah, the gilded avenues of Scumdee! I've got a soft spot for it, but then maybe I've just got away with it so far.

I don't live in one of the really bad bits, and among the highlights were the attempted theft of a neighbour's Rover 75 estate (he wishes they'd succeeded) and the battle royale that happened over the road a few weeks back. Who needs GoT when you've got that outside your window?

In other news...might pop along to that, depending on work. If Tayne's car is an 02, then mine won't look so out of place after all!

My last dog pissed in that place a number of times. If the dates okay count me in. Do we have a whip round for the owner of the place?

Dundee is OK as cities go. Until recently it was the only city in Scotland that wasn't a bastard to drive in, but they are spending £1Bn (yes, really) on fixing that.
