Until quite recently I  still had  the cutaway poster of a BSA Rocket 3 I chorrred  from the school technical drawing room.   Got lost  in one of my frequent domestic upheavals....Pleased to say the current Mrs Rocker is a tacit admirer of motoring shite so I can once again gather and nurture.....Men need this shite

I own a nice copy of the AA book of the car.

It has lots of those type of drawings in and I learned the basics of how cars work from it when I was still at school.

There is nothing like it around today and I've often used it to show friends ect, why their current bank loan is going to push them into a big overdraught!

At the moment my garage roof is leaking like a 18 year old dogs cock, so any posters will be ruined along with my shite fixing mojo as it drip drip drips. Luckily a guy will be here in a mo to see about replacing the thing.

AlexG - Do you, by any chance, know what the intended purpose of those BL posters was? Were they for dealerships, or to be sent to schools/colleges or what?

No idea Wilko, I'd like to think they'd adorn the walls of training rooms at main dealers or the storage room in the workshops.
