...............of weird stuff I've owned.

54 Nash Metroplitan pick up, last rebuilt by the legendary Bubz Swift, although it had been around in various guises before he re-built it

All original brakes / suspension, apart from a fuel injected Pinto with a five speed. Great fun to drive, and a real crowd puller!

Lovely, but just frippin weird.

Must ask my mate Bob if he still has the glasswork for one of these in his garage still. Could be something else to lob on the Bay to fund his new workshop

Saw that in the metal a couple of years ago at Anglia Car Auctions classic sale.Sounded like it was running a V8 at the time.

That was at Arley Hall. We should have told him to park with the Autoshiters!

I have a deep dislike of the standard Metropolitan, and dislike that one even more. Sorry.

+1, except for not being sorry.

What could anyone possibly have against a Nash Metropolitan? They're great. I also like well done customs, so I think this is great too.

It says dodgem to me too. Which I think is amazing.

What cool little bus.
