I fancy a Honda Blackbird, carb model (pre-98). Had a look at this one...

But it has PGM-FI (fuel injection, post-98) graphics on the tail. I asked the seller very nicely about it and got the response...

Seller: work it out yourselfy friend

Me: I've no idea - it's your bike. I'm asking because I'm looking for a carb-model Blackbird but I'd like an honest bike. It's a fairly simple question, if you wouldn't mind answering I'd be very grateful. Thank you.

Seller: its p reg nothing else it can be other than a carb model, some people like to make out there on something there not

Me: I hear you, and thanks for the response. I've no idea what your final comment means, but PGM-FI graphics on a carb bike raises suspicions, I'm sure you would think the same. If you don't fancy explaining, fair enough. Good luck with the sale - sounds like you'll need it.

Seller: early birds were a carb model only, injection came in on 1999 model, what ever you think I think your a knob bye bye

Wouldn't it be terrible if he were to get a load of questions on the same topic...?

He knows you've rumbled him. I reckon the bike's been down the road, and the only replacement plastics he could get were from a Fi model.

What a miserable tw*t, I hope he gets a higher-than-average number of disappearing winning bidders.

I was going to ask him this, but I'm not going to do so if eBay demands my name and phone number be sent to him.

If you want a few 'choice' question sending his way just say so! He's quite clearly a weapons grade bell end with something to hide.

Hmm, he's not half been busy on eBay:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2001-YAMAHA-F ... 0077561462

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1997-SUZUKI-G ... 0077466199

And, interestingly enough, this. Which happens to be the same bike he's selling:

A suspicious person would suggest he's bought it to either make a few quid on or it's knackered.

Now it's got 1,000 less miles on it (probably a typo to be fair), is £700 odd more expensive and he only won the listing on the 7th March. Oh, the MOT has jumped a month too.

He's a fucking tool - selling via classified ad so there's no feedback involved.

Pity it's not an auction or I'd lob on a few bids

Did anyone notice in his feedback that he bought a bike just like this last november from a dealer ?

Or am I the only person who would run as fast as I could from this ?

Do your worst shiters
