The other day I travelled to North Wales to pick this uppost-19511-0-77261500-1520975330_thumb.jpg

It wasn't very nicepost-19511-0-37918500-1520975359_thumb.jpg

Had a puncture on the way. Spare was flat so had to inflate that first

Then I took it to see a local landmarkpost-19511-0-16342000-1520975397_thumb.jpg

I took it to its new home another 30 miles away. Nobody mentioned the upside down astroturfpost-19511-0-46898600-1520975473_thumb.jpg

This chap had a nose thoughpost-19511-0-08422900-1520975528_thumb.jpg

I travelled to Monmouth to pick up a two owner 10,000 mile from new 306

One owner until it was given to a 17 year old. Car didn't live much longerpost-19511-0-86378000-1520976088_thumb.jpgpost-19511-0-41166400-1520976140_thumb.jpg

I suppose it is technically now a four owner car but the third (me) didn't keep it longpost-19511-0-98336600-1520976219_thumb.jpg

Badly bodged MK1 Cortina with a Fiat twin cam was taken to the bodyshop who said "no thanks"post-19511-0-31278900-1520977351_thumb.jpg

Took it to Brightwells afterwards where it fared much better. My trailer even features in their auction catalogue

This was smashed up and dumped outside the yard. Was there all day half blocking the lane so I dragged it into the yard.post-19511-0-68709000-1520977564_thumb.jpgpost-19511-0-67540100-1520977619_thumb.jpg

Called the cops. It turned out to be nicked and they sent a recovery company who collected it the next day and took it 30 miles away.

It was later spotted locally back on the owners drive. Madness, it was ruined. Why on earth he would pay to get that back I do not know!

That yellow van looked in better shape than this heap.

It was totally rotten underneath. The estate was in far better condition. If it wasn't for the bent and rotten roof where the yellow one had rested for the last 15 years then I may have fixed it. Then engine out if it is now in a black 305 van belonging to Jon.k

A friends old petrol Teranno met its end. Mechanically perfect but so rotten. Had been a loyal but thirsty servantpost-19511-0-01822100-1520978772_thumb.jpg

That Terrano has a cracking MOT fail sheet, although it was tested twice in a month and the galloping rot only took hold between tests :D

That nosey 'chap' is a girlie, a spinster in fact. :-)

The Yellow tag denotes it's a heifer (female) that hasn't had a calf yet, but is hopeful.

 Pedant mode :off.

Ha! Yep guilty. Not seen it in the flesh yet but I was prepared for rot. Not running yet either but the seller said it should run, apparently she shed a tear when it went. My mate also shed several when it arrived....

I'm not bitter, I knew it was going to be a rusty heap of shit.

Thankfully its now a little bit less rusty or shit.

This tasty old BMW was delivered on route to pick up mums new car from London. Or Shitsville as a great artist once called it.post-19511-0-94168700-1521021367_thumb.jpg

One owner for most of its life. Full service history but a bent mot. Ah well, still happy with it. No desire ever to go to London again any time soon though

Hopefully they'll wipe off the mess they make, then.
