To be honest, whilst it's a subject I don't particularly like, this makes interesting reading. bangerfan might not have the same hobbies as the rest of us, but like he states, a lot of the cars raced are offered to classic enthusiasts, who all pull the "if only it were closer/payday/no space card. We've all seen it, and probably said it. A lot of the racers offers trim and interior parts out. Not all get taken, as people are a bit "nose in the air" about dealing with banger drivers etc. I doon't particularly like the way the Sport has evolved. I have had car parts stolen from my garden whilst at work. I have had people try to buy my "stored" cars for peanuts to race them. A polite "Fuck off" generally gets the message across. I'm not saying he's one of them, and I'm not saying he's not. He's also local to me, and knows what I drive. (If he's looked at the pics on here) and I reckon he's got bits I might need. SO whilst I jab a little here and there, I try not to get abusive or personal (not 100% successful) as I might need him sooner than he needs me!

To be fair Banger fan needs to jog on. Oval chat is where that sort of thing belongs as here or Retro Rides just kicks off with reactions and anger we dont need.
