Time has come to say goodbye to the "Slag Chariot".

It's an L plate Escrote Si 130 Convertible, 91,000 ish miles, pretty good nick, loads of history.

those of you fortunate enough to have gone to the Stondon Museum of Autoshitism last year will have seen it.

 

 

Will have a years Mot on it, has had new hood in last couple of years, only real bit of rust is on drivers side rear arch, which has caused the end of the trim strip to lift.

 

I've had her since May 2000, and she hibernates every year from 1/10 until1/4, and has done for the last 8 years. Stuck a battery on this morning, started first time - slight ticking noise when cold - I'm guessing a sticky tappet or somesuch, noise goes fairly quickly.

 

Wanted to offer it to you chaps and chappettes before taking the plunge onto ebay, and the mongs that live within.

 

Gonna advertise at £950, shiters discounted to £875. Is that fair?

Grotty wheel arch, the worst bit of the car.....

Wanker scratches on the bonnet, mainly covered up with blue pigment polish.....

Inside, no rips on da seats, (passenger side doesn't seem to want to tilt anymore)

These arnet to be sniffed at! I had an orion ghia si with the same 130 bhp zetec engine in it, and they are a peach! Good on fuel, and love to rev all the way to the red line! Added to the fact they go like the clappers too. Keep the oil changes regular in these early zetecs and they go forever despite what some say, much better than a k series!
