That's actually the car in which Kennedy was shot, rebodied with a roof. It was used until the '80s.

It was indeed an Espace - I saw it back in 2005 and vaguely recall it being on an A plate. Very knackered. Replaced by a Mondeo IIRC.

The Australian Prime Minister is currently driven around in a bulletproof BMW 7 Series.

Top of the range Holdens have been the transport of choice for the PM since the 1960s.

It is hard to make out, but it is also wearing the C1 number plate that has has been on every car for the PM.
