It's a Skoda 14Tr on  Chervonoarmíjsʹka Street (Street of Heroes of Maidan), Chernivtsi, Ukraine near the Romanian border. According to wikipedia there were 102 of them in the fleet, numbered from 217 to 318.

Many PSV's across Eastern Europe were painted in variations of cream and red (which I think is quite a neat combo) which can lead to confusion over their whereabouts.

Thanks, I've just been looking it up and it looks like a really nice place. Doesn't seem to have been affected by the war either, at least physically. I guess it's proximity to Romania would make the Russians think twice.
