NuT; looking down Forth Banks and across the river at Gateshead. NLS maps suggests it was a school of some kind, but latterly Windmill Hills care home which is closed and derelict, or at least the last available street view(2021) shows the windows boarded up. Big shed in front of it is an LNER loco works.
