Man that photo has been around on the net for a long damn time. I never have found out what was going on in that scene.

Ebay, last month I think.

Suspect they were cars either swept away by a flood or a dumping ground for flood damaged cars.

Taken last Sunday at Prescott Hill Climb American car festival, otherwise it was a bit crap this year owing to weather.
