Ishwar Deen and his brother, Parmeshwar, worked 'day and night' for two months on the conversion, and added a propellor and a tail boom to his Maruti Suzuki Wagon R.  Deen, from northern state of Uttar Pradesh, was on the way to a local workshop to get his newly renovated vehicle painted when he was pulled over by Police and it was confiscated.  Deen has since insisted that he didn't convert the car with the intention of driving it round on a daily basis, but wanted to rent it out as a special attraction for events such as weddings.
