Same car. I have more pics. Anyone guess what it is?

Not a hotrod / silly customcar type thing.

Daimler Majestic Major?

One’s too many, ten’s not enough!

Good guess but not the right answer. Look at the windscreen pillars.

It's a sort of much more recent 'replica interpretation' based on a 60s serious prototype idea. A Daimler 2.5V8 based on the Cresta.

New cars don't make gorgeous noises like a little Daimer 2.5 hemi V8.

Check out the wing mirrors. Futuristic for the early 60s :-)

Had this design been approved then they could well have been seen rusting away in the streets in the late 70s.

A Daimler 2.5V8 based on the Cresta. I really like it. Just looking at it has 'Telstar' playing in my mind.

The boot and tail lights look like something that Bristol might have dreamed up...

Bristol 410. Maybe it's a training course for upper-class firemen.

The rear light clusters off an LTI TX1 Hackney Carriage look a bit out of place.

That looks like a still from one of those Gas Safety films where you know exactly what's going to happen next....
