Great photos, that looks like a really good show, I love seeing old british commercial vehicles at shows, I don't see many around these parts.

That green Thames truck near the top with Anderson on the side is often out locals shows around here, It's a long way from Essex in Dorset.

Yeh you get a really good cross section of vehicles in the non-steam sections, commercials where impressive, there were some continentals over with some cool stuff.

Thats it, thats my mind made up, I am going to a Steam Fair next year. There is just something about loads and loads of old commercial vehicles all in one place. Some really lovely machines there. It looks like there was loads there.

Nice pix Simmo. Some very unusual stuff. predictably, I like the Rover P5 best.

Great pics Simmo. I get to a number of steam fairs every year but never the Great Dorset yet :( One of those 'things to do before I die' :)

I love to see lorries (not 'trucks' please ) in their working clothes like this one, you just can't reproduce patina like that and once they're restored it's gone for ever:

There were a pair of these engines, sold new as a pair and then converted to Diesel in the 20s or 30s

Great photos, looks like a brilliant show. As the others said I love old commercials too, and it's nice to see a fair few that haven't been over restored.

Anyway, at the risk of an angry PM, does anyone know what this is? International-Harvester was my first thought... Looks bloody badass!

..I too want to know what it is, although it looks kind of Skoda or Russian?
