Very cheap and sound 535i - £400 this week only

Dear all,

 

My BMW 535i - a 1990 E34 is up for grabs - only £400 however, for that price I will need full payment right away - the car can be collected from Thursday pm in Hertfordshire. If this isn't possible then as of next week the proce is academic as I have a large invoice coming through and will probably keep it.

 

OK - it is an E34, 1990 535i, top of the range (just below M spec) - has Auto with an M setting, full leather, a new/modern aircon compressor - needs recharging, 179k on the clock - full top end rebuild 20k ago, good tyres, FSH, MOT till Xmas, tax just expired, top of the range aftermarket stereo with blue tooth hands free, sunroof, electric seats mirrors etc (all works), new polybushes allround

 

I have been using this car for the last 4 months to do my long commute and it has never and I mean never let me down - no oil leaks, nothing.

 

It is very fast car.

 

Bad points - 10p sized bare patch on drivers side roof, looks like a paint scrape that has been badly repaired. tree scrape to surface paint (not through paint) on near side, paint is a week bit dull in places and a tad thin in others (red car syndrome)

 

I am looking for £400 but for that price the condition is that I need the cash today/tomorrow at latest into my account. If not possible then the car won't be sold as of next week I will be flush again. I'm only posting this on Autoshite as there are members here who will vouch for my honesty in these matters.

I did contemplate it, even got as far as running it past the Keeper of the Purse, but low 20's mpg is just too much for me to stomach at the mo.
