Scameravan Basket Thread

Thought I would start a thread on those lovely Scamera Vans and places where they park (but really shouldn't)

 

Like this one....

Double Yellows, peak traffic time changing the film

 

And this one, same thing - but in evening peak traffic right next to a junction...

 

There is one who parks his Scamera Van right on the pavement - so I am going to try and get a photo of him next time I see him.

Another of my pet hates, the infamous 'piggy banks', they love positioning themselves to be obscured by road signs down this way

last time iwas in wigan i came of the motorway into wigan and just of the roundabout parked in the bus stop was one of these vans sneaky b,stard

I'm tempted to drive past one at 90mph in the Lada, watch them try to prove that in court! "Its a 1.3 Lada with a 4 speed box, surely your equipment is faulty?"

I got stopped a few years ago driving a 1st gen civic - Plod said he couldn't keep up with me! I forget what he was driving, but it certainly had more guts than my humble offering. I just pointed open jawed at my poor motor, Plod realised he'd been a plonker but not before a lecture on safe driving and all that. Try a twink in the Lada and do it at 100!
