Land Rover Series 1. Reading the documents it looks like it is fitted with a Spanish Diesel engine. The same documents date from the 1880s but refer to the vehicle dating to the late 50's. At 22000€ maybe a bit pricy.

The main issue I've always had with the Lybra is the headlights, which don't fit the design well. They make the car look like that Nissan based retro kitsch built by Mitsuoka in Japan...
