Saab 900NG seat swap

Does anyone know if the seats from a 1999 9-3 will fit into a 96 900NG? I know there are many differences between the two models but I can't find a definitive answer.Cheers in advance

You "may" have to swap the runners over if i am right(Pretty sure someone local did something similar)Sorry if that does not help, hopefully others can help make it more clear

The '99 one will probably have side airbags built into the seat, I know my '98 one did. Guess not too much of a concern if they aren't pluged into anything I guess.

If you ask Here they will know. Only into C900's so dont have an answer for you.

Thanks for that link Moog, most helpful!Seems I need to get a couple of metal adaptor plates made up so no real problems getting the fronts to fit.
