Not bad spotting today.

First a nice Honda Prelude (couldn't get a pic as the couple were still in it)

Then a VW Type 3 pick up then an early Toyota Starlet.

I knew it was Beetle shaped but not to the extent of the model.

The headlamps are quite forward and the windscreen look to be the curved 1303 type.

2 MG  Midgets on the M80 today - 1 driving and 1 on a truck.  Also  a strange looking van - maybe a 60s Renault?

Spotted a matt black Morris 1000 pick up in Inverness this morning and then a TVR Wedge on a trailer in the village this afternoon.

Nice spot in Ayr yesterday

Fella with the surname of  Barrie (or Barry?) used to run that around Ayr - my brother met him a few years back down in Galloway.
They built some in Cumnock back in the seventies but there was some sort of financial shenanigans went on and I think production went to Engle-land and then abroad. Or maybe the idea went tits up like De Lorean.
Make a Pinzgauer look like a Tonka toy.

Yesterday in between trying not to get killed by an idiot overtaking a lorry towards me (he missed me by a less than a car length) I saw a Mk2 Escort bare shell on a trailer and a lovely blue 205GTi.

Between Inverness and Nairn today - 2 Land Rovers, 1972 and 1974 years. 2 Peugeots parked at the side of a house - 205 and 306.

Also just outside Nairn, a bare Pug106/Citroen Saxo shell.

3 unusual ones tonight - first a Skoda Jumbuck outside the local chippy, then a mid blue Fiat Coupe followed 15-20 seconds later by a mid sized Yank motor.

First on for a while.

This has been sitting for 8-9 months (at least) in a private carpark.
