it's been sitting there for around 6mths now.. the guy never seems to drive it... maybe there is no engine... i thought it was an old austin but its not an a on the badge so i dont know what it is

no its a parking permit... thanks to ken livingston we have to pay to park outside our homes here :D

yup sure is... if that guy doesnt have that in his window his car is lifted and he has to pay £250 plus storage at £35 a day to get it back!!when i moved here it was 99p a week now its 2.50 a week.. over a year thats double road tax :shock:

You can forget Manchester, London, Glasgow and Aberdeen then.My permit is £80 per year for the right to park on my street during the day, there is no guarantee of a space.
we have numbered bays ... so if someone parks in it they get their car lifted, used to only clamp you but the clampers kept getting beat up so now they cut out the middle man :lol: and just lift the car

If i move any place, it would have to be a quiet location .. kind of farm style, which no doubt would cost quite abit.I just couldn't handle the everyday rush of places like London.I only stayed there for two days, and it was "okay" , i just didn't feel comfortable.But well done to you guys for paying them crazy amounts. You should not have to pay Road Tax.But i'm not leader of this crazy country.
