The driver of a Polski Fiat 125p removes its number plates at the request of traffic police officers, Hungary. No idea why, perhaps they'd condemned it after a record 3 years on the road.

Note the raised spotlights and beacons, these normally laid flat on the roof with the lights swiveled.

22 Avenue B and East 2nd Street, Lower East Side, New York, 1983. Richard Hambleton’s Shadow Man graffitti is apparently a point of note, the building is a gas petrol station. The car is a Dodge Diplomat 'K car' belonging to the Manhattan South Task Force.

 

Sorry to be pedantic, but the Dodge Diplomat was not built on the front-drive K platform.  The Diplomat was on the older, rear-drive M body chassis.
