so the carpets in this are stained, reek of fags and are soaking wet and ruined

so i'm going to replace them

i'm going to go to a carpet shop, and find the most brash, horrible carpet i can find and cut it down to size to replace mine

it'll upset the purists and it'll be hilarious

If you’re talking about the removable carpet mats, shampoo them with a brush and jet wash them, they’ll come out like new mate.

no actual carpets, i've got original genuine rubber mats in the front

but i fancy doing something fun, so if anyone can find some cheap horrible carpet online post the link and i'll buy it

the more horrible the better, it'll be funny!

I wonder if I could find you some of the living room carpet my Granny had when I were a lad, it was terrifically terrible.

Quite possibly, I've genuinely seen Corsa's come in with that style of rug cut up into floormats. It's happened twice, and they've both been Corsa D's

tad bit of preventative maintenance today

i didn't like the look of this scab on the front sills

so wirebrushed it down

then gave it a good coating in waxoyl stonechip stuff

yes i'm aware i should have immculately cleaned everything

but look at the state of that sill

what's the point

also i seem to have maybe mended the central locking

i simply unplugged and plugged back in the connector on the passenger door

it seems to be working fine now!

central locking broke again

so today, i went poking at things and then wish i hadn't

grand, so that's a nice little hole i've got now!

decided whilst i was there to give it all a coat of stone chip

and then a coat of body colour

see it looks better

note my hole, isn't that fun

i also don't particulary like the way the front passenger door feels at the bottom, it feels surprisingly thick and hollow

what's broken today?

horrendous belt squeal started and it's incredibly embarrasing

tried to fix the heater direction control

it can get to fuck

i'm not feeling this car at the minute, not going to use it for a couple of days i'll feel better then

Sorted the belt squeal, got it running properly again too and it’s going well

i reckon it might be time to move this one on

so I’m offering it for sale 

many reasonable offers considered 

I’ll do a proper write up tomorrow
