Yes, it can be distinguished from a common Landcrab by the chrome trim and deeper sill under the door and the bigger tyres.

As is this. From this angle the only thing that gives it away is the chrome window winder. They were the same winders in the Landcrab but they were just black.

My friend had one for years but he never managed to pick up any glamorous ladies like the ones in these pictures.
