A bloke at my work has one of these, It's a Honda Horizon, Never seen or heard of it before, Has a load of bits made by Lotus or something.

Isuzu went through a 'Handling By Lotus' phase where all of its cars had a Hethel make over. The Aska, Piazza and Bighorn (nee Trooper \ Monterey) all had chassis work done.

Incidentally, a JDM Bighorn HBL steering wheel fits straight on either model of Piazza. Which is a relief because the standard two spoker is fucking horrible.

The Piazza HBL is actually supposed to handle really well, which is a relief. My pre Lotus was a right fucking handful if you wellied it off the line. You got a shitload of axle tramp and the rear of the car shimmied as the axle shimmied on its mountings.

I thought this trait was endemic to my (utterly shagged) example, but doing the same test in a sound 50 k car produced the same effect.

In the HBL this was completely eradicated.

Do I win a prize for having driven 3 different Piazzas?

GR2 work, Saabhappy!Sure, there are ALOT of very wanky E36 3-series out there, owned by dole-spludging morons. Both myself & Pete are quite aware of this. And no, they are not as good looking as other cars. But as long as they are not barried into oblivion with bodykits and lexus lights, they carry their age well. Can you actually give me some good reasons why they are bad cars, image aside?Neither mine nor pete's are overtly modified, overtly skanky or overtly owned for the sake of the badge. an you suggest me another car that will do in excess of 130mph, return 40mpg on a run and provide a sense of driver satisfaction for the same money? Doubtless you will suggest a saab due to your leanings, which I do not dispute, but finding a GOOD 900 turbo would cost more than the combined total of £1300 that mine and pete's cost. Oh no, that was all quite sensible. Therefore, you blow goats. I have proof.

I'm on no ones side here But no offence to this saab dude that keeps having stupid keyboard wars with everyone BUT Before he was here there was friendly banter Sometimes a disagreement But not this chipping away at eachother So i suggest or ask Saabhappy, it would be appreciated by myself and everyone else if certain things like opinions that would spark little wars, were kept to yourselfAs i am sure you are aware this is a fantastic forum and we would like to keep it that way I also ask pete and pog. Boys don't rise to the occasion Please ?

Fiat 850t ??

Certainly seems to be.I'm looking forwards to the Lancia version of the 300C if they do one. Imagine that? A 300C with an alcantara interior and probably some mental Maserati motor. Some nasty big toothy grin instead of the Chrysler grille. In beige. Want!
