I want to make this meet a more regular thing. It was mostly an AS meet today, although JoOlz from RR made his way down in the £70 Sucata Run Uno he went to Lisbon in.

 

When I know my shift pattern better I'll get on with planning some others. Plan is we use the top decks (8&9) when the weather is good, and huddle in the covered decks when \ if it pisses down.

 

Considering I posted the idea for a meet at 11.30 last night, I think we did pretty well. When I get a date for the next one, I'll cross post here and on RR \ NSJC too. We need more NW meets.

More notice will be given next time. It was very much a spur of the moment thing - I didn't get confirmation I wouldn't be working today until 11 PM last night.The weather worked in our favour as well today - it's the first clear day we've had in a long time. I'm amazed anything happened really - because I organised it.

Provisionally I'm thinking January 31st at 1 PM, at the Q Park again. I have a better idea of my shifts now, so this might be the best bet.I'll make a proper post when I have my rota confirmed at work tomorrow, the gets.

If you got the train to Manchester Piccadilly, and then the Metrolink to Sale, you'd be pretty much there! The car park is directly across from the Met station.One of us could meet you at the bottom, and I'm sure one of the Scouse_CRU would take you back in the right direction.....
