Has anyone been to this museum? Anyone planning to go and pay homage to the Corsa? Shame it's a fancy GLS and not a Merit in poverty white but you can't have everything...

it'll fit straight in, as they already have a mark 2 metro,mark 1 allegro, mark 1 festa and a mini clubman already on display!!

that is the great thing about their collection of everyday cars, that most of them are everyday cars. just like at Gaydon,mostly.

They sold an Allegro to make space for the Corsa

It's gone to the Heynes Motor Museum in Yeovil I think.

All correct!  Shame the Allegro had to be moved on but space is at a premium in there now.  I can see why they saved the Corsa, it won't be long before the only people who buy them will be Shiters, who will in turn be displaced by the moneybags brigade.  Either way there won't be any left on the road.

I'm looking forward to hosting the northern Shiters there again, when we're allowed...
