Italian Stallion: Kiltox’s 1982 Fiat Panda 30!

It reeks of fuel, if anything it’s flooding. Starting to think ignition is the culprit.

Is the float in the carb working okay?

The what in the who now? What option do I select on the diagnostics to check that?  

(I know what the float is, I’ve no idea how to check if it works)

Is it mechanical or electric fuel pump on these? If the float isn't stopping fuel getting through, it'll piss it everywhere.

Pretty sure it’s mechanical.

Got any spark plug testers? Bung some on and see if you're getting the spark die or if its weak.

Are the plugs wet too? Especially if one is very wet. Thats often an indication of poor/no combustion.
