Looks like someone has been painting the sill and got some on the tyre.

 

Also, does that rear wheel look right? Seems awfully close to the wheelarch? Cant remember what they are meant to look like as mine is on its side. It probably is okay as i am unsure how you would fuck that up as the rear arm is just a couple of bolts (although i probably will when i put mine back together). Is maybe just the tyres.

 

Still looks good for the price though. Not too far either.
