I believe so. Don't ask me if they work, I never press non-essential buttons in a car that isn't mine.

I'm not far off the middlelands now. Only 352 more miles to drive today. The car is behaving perfectly and I've just discovered what I can only describe as a feature.

The seats have built in armrests! Proper swish.

That's Portsmouth to Preston done so far in the Subaru, which is a Subaru therefore it's time for fuel again. Because Subaru.

Ha, my non turjo barbered does 31 emm pee gees on a long run giving 300 miles to a tank. I hate to think what this will do!

Is the wind noise from around the A pillars deafening? I've given up on the radio over about 60 mph.

Cracking cars, well done.

I wouldn't expect the turbo to be any worse than the na when on a run.

I rarely find turbo much worse on fuel than na equivalents in everyday driving. You use more fuel when accelerating, but you spend less time at full throttle.
When hooning, that's a different story (my PB was 13mpg from a 660cc car)

I'll guess a round 30mpg

I wouldn't mind a forrester myself, but ej20 and automatic for me, so JDM spec yo ;)

For all economy pervs and guessers, the scores for the first 263.7 miles are in.

As @Mr FluffyballsFluffyballs has the lightest of foot, I'm gonna venture 31mpg.

Well guessed. You know me and my light loafers well.

Bah ... Was going to guess 32 mpgs.

But late to the party and Bazzer Shitpeas has already met your white moccasins/ loafers...

Speaking of which Mr FB cameraman seems to have even newer shinier loafers than before.

Safe journey Bucketeer. Hope you get a good rest on the bus :)

I will say something more coherent, probably in about 12 hours time, when I've recovered from working a 14 hour day which has paid for quite possibly my absolute perfect car in the best condition my budget would allow. I cannot give enough thanks to you and Stanky for making this possible. This wouldn't have happened without either of you and I honestly cannot put into words how grateful I am. Thank you for everything you've done for me.

Birmingham. The home of the trambulator, the birthplace of Telly Savalas and Latin jazz, and the fifth largest town in the whole of the midlands. What a place! I don't think I ever want to leave.

Guaranteed comfy seat, eh? Do they refund you if you say it's not? ?

It's a good job I'm a ten inch tall stuffed animal and not a six foot five bloke, otherwise I would be very uncomfortable.

Thanks Mr Fluffyballs, my kids enjoyed their lesson in crossing tramways without a level crossing
