Interesting, but apart from the noise and 30ft flames does it actually do anything? 

It didn't look particularly drivable. 

I assume it would self destruct if you gave it the beans.

Could be  stainless tube about 25mm i/d  about 300mmm long with a petal valve block and spark plug on one end all mounted onto a flat metal plate?

Sounds about right, it’s at work (never got it running - still waiting on my mate to make an ignition thing for it)

See, that didn't look very fast. 

I guess it's a cosmetic flame thrower. 

A jet engine of that size on full bore should  have made for a Richard Hammond style out of control streak with a horrible accident at the end.
