No mention of the knocking suspension or exhaust heat shield falling off.

The headlight height adjustment warning light doesn't come on anymore either. I wonder if they freed off the sensor.

Would be guessing without reading the code on that light. Maybe sensor freed off or they disconnected the battery when working on the Xenons? You're supposed to but many don't bother.
