You have all heard of, and I suspect some MIGHT have even done it,taken to a fuel tank with a cutting torch.An ex-person near here took to a 4,500 litre tank with a torch yesterday, and the explosion was heard and felt around the whole district.The newspaper photo shows the tank has "Shell Petrol" in large letters on it.Fire safety officer said "it appears Mr ex had not followed standard procedures for cutting open used fuel tanks".
