Hi all,

 

I seem to remember a few on here who have car trailers who are willing to collect for fellow members.

 

A good friend has just bought a 47 year old Lada (its a vaz 2101) and needs it collecting asap from kettering asap (just up from the general hospital) NN16 postcode area.

 

He would drive it back as tax and mot exempt but apparently the brakes are extremely poor. He's been let down badly by a few shiply operators.

 

Obviously cash money's to be paid.

but do you have any more details on the Lada? always love seeing an old Lada

 

(is it a RHD UK market example or a USSR LHD import?)

Steve, try Nigel Jones Recovery in Bristol. I've used him once and also had many recommendations. Not the cheapest but very reliable. Only thing is if he would do a job that far.

Its all sorted now, the guy who andryrew recommended is picking ut up tomorrow and delivering to bristol on monday.
