Anyone near Torquay?

Sorry to post this on main board, but not everyone goes in the other one. As it is in public domain no names. One of our numbers is uncontactable, several have made attempts to contact and failed. I have made contact with his son who also has not been able to raise him and is 200 miles away, therefore now more concerned. I do have an address if there is somebody closer who can go around.

I have a feeling he might, but he did ask me if there was anyone close who could call around and I asked if he would let me know if he hears anything.
