£850 albeit with very short MOT. It's the 1.8, which weren't quite as bad as some people said at the time, but still had the potential to smoke like a pack of B&H laboratory beagles hiding in the veg oil filled fuel tank of a Peugeot 106.

Christ knows what's going on here, but the bastard love child of a three way between an XR3, a Talbot Samba and a Rover 213 shouldn't look as good* as this.

Location: North West England - Liverpool

Warren and Mini_Mad better be beating a path to this fella's door down this morning, or I'll be v.disappointed.

Another one that should probably be in the Bargains thread, I know it's an Overfinch but is any series 1 Disco worth anything like that much?  Beautifully presented though and the photos are impressive.

Edit: just noticed the same seller has that Range Rover Classic 2dr up for £89k so relatively speaking this is a steal.

Jesus wept, has anybody read that fucking advert?

'Damon' this and 'Damon' that - PISS, OFF.

As Damon opens the garage door, my first impression is of how sharp it looks

One of my old bosses bought an Overfinch Range Rover Sport for about 100 grand. It fell to bits like normal Range Rovers and when went to trade it in because the overfinch stuff isn't in the price guides they offered him normal Ranger Rover sport prices. He wasn't very happy.

Anyway, I think we've had this Astra pickup before. It looks pretty well done to be fair but is still an estate on the log book and I can't see that being brought up all if you crash it*

This is one of these advert that you can be pretty sure that somebody's been sniffing the magic markers.

Mother flipper, now that is what I’m talking about. You could actually put an engine in that had a chance of completing 10,000 semi-reliable miles. I reckon something like a transit diesel engine, I mean a modernish common rail job not some old chip fat gargler. Maybe an S-type diesel engine if you were feeling ambitious. Mega.

In camper terms, that's a bargain. Needs a Di fitting though of course.

possible Alfa diesel bargain that probably needs an alternator at 350 quid. I really fancy giving one of these 2.4 jtds a go

This is giving me naughty thoughts of an AA recovery nature. MUST RESIST.

EDIT: is there anyone near to this who could wang an alternator on it for reasonable money? I'm feeling this thing, BIG TIME.
