That Montego looks like the bootlid has been changed... I'm sure the GTi would have Electric Windows and Mirrors...

 

You seem to grossly overestimate what BL deemed satisfactory for their clients. Note crank handles on each door for extra shiteness.

Still looks more like an LX to me. Surely the GTi would come with side rubbing strips etc... Looks like a bit of a "Bitsa" model...

 

Wheel arches are out of shape, they look like they've been filler'd and the doors don't line up neither???

 

No MOT looks like it's been cheaply tarted up to cash in on the recent MMM trend personally.

Must be something like -274 up there given how he was shaking when taking the pics.

Too bad I didn't spot it while it was still a P4 for 550 BIN. I can't win. I just can't.

I had a BRG GTI saloon in the early 2000's mine was on alloys, had electric windows & generally looked a lot sportier inside than this estate

The Montego looked GR9 when I 'spotted' it, that was in 2009 mind.
