I had a LWB minibus with a twin cam in it.  Then purplebargeken had it and now Arthur Foxhake has it.  It worked surprisingly well - it's low geared enough to allow the engine to rev, and a minibus is unlikely to ever be laden up to the full 3.5T anyway.
