The vendor wants £9950 for what he claims to be a 'fabulous 1930's 2 seater',

a 1937 Standard Flying 10

You could buy two real Standard 2 seaters sports for this money if they'd actually made such a thing, but they didn't so this is just an imaginary ill-proportioned bucket of wank.

Chassis number and "10BL" model type are for 1938 Flying 10. This was a six light SALOON, there never was a convertible or sports. No idea WTF this is.

On the "Standard", note the 60s/70s style choke knob and the 60s/70s gauge on the right.   Quite a lash up.

Speaking of which, do we know of this Mk1 BX Estate?

That's from an ad for the twatshafted Polo. If you want to buy that, you can hunt for the listing yourself.

I think that's a left-hooker that was languishing in the East at some point.

I have no idea whether this is the going rate for these or Lalaland,

but I can assure you you won't find any even in Italy.

Mechanically it is sound, completely stock, original, and highly unmolested. Because it has been driven in first and second gear most of its life.

You Will Be the Only One At Concorso Italiano with an Ambulance, go on you know you want to.

I have the original buff logbook, old MOT, and old tax disk which should be sufficient to retain the original registration.

No it isn't. You also need a certificate from a VOSA affliliated marque club.

This will cost £25 to process.

No it doesn't. It's free.

I can apply for the logbook if the buyer wishes, but this can take up to 5 weeks, and would put another name on the logbook.

Yes, if you are a private person.

please bear in mind that I am a business so would prefer viewings during office hours.

A business that obviously knows sod all about registering cars in the UK

and didn't state it's details in the eBay ad?
