Rear door shuts, inner wings ( but especially nearside) , rear inner wings ( nut especially offside), outriggers, rear inner & outer sill ends, Hinge mounts on the A panel, base of A pannels, and basically any other bit of ferrous metal you can find - but those are the main culprits for the body work - doesnt have PAS so thats one less thing, but does have a sunroof so will suffer at the drain points.

Engine sounds like its probably the timing belt.

 

EDIT:

I'd offer scrap value bearing in mind quite a few panels are plastic so its likely to be about £60-70 ish

the seller had at one point had this up for sale at £7k.

 

I would if I had somewhere to keep it, but then I would not want to use it cos I'd only end up fucking it up/braking it/damaging it etc. which then  means that me buying it is a waste both of a really spotless car and my money...
