Essex, innit.  Some Ford press cars had OO plates.

A lot of the MK1 and MK2 works Escort rally cars had OO regs, I assumed it was Boreham where they were built.

OOO---P is a may 76 Chelmsford reg remember seeing a mk3 Cortina est with very similar reg.
