J-Rod
Once you could buy an Audi tt for 1500 quid these should all have been scrapped or used to unbum Mini Metros. All this can be yours for 1200 quid. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Great-Kit-car-project-for-sale-/271967658114?hash=item3f52892082Fucking hell. Junkman
Well, there is the underlying problem that I for one actually quite like it. I know, I'm weird, but given the chance to chose between a real TT and this, I'd opt for the latter.
J-Rod
Oh yeah, when you put it like that... still a bit weird though... We are selling an unfinished kit car that was left by previous owner when we bought the house. phil_lihp
I was expecting to see a T or M-series under the bonnet of the Monty but that looks like the ancient O-series - really, that was still powering brand new cars in 1994?

Weren't the M,T and even Prima all based on the O- Series anyway ?I had a 2.0 Gti estate company car that could keep up with Mk3 2.0i Cavaliers ( not SRi's) When I made a meagre living selling shite I'd always buy 1.6's though , mainly because the S- Series was non-interference . Always a consideration when caning old heaps from auction. Asimo, phil_lihp and oldcars
New POD
This is a bit pointless and more than a whole one would cost, but it does actually look quite well made compared to some of them. No? Mike Brewer + 20 years. It's a shame he's a bit grating, I think the programme is great - even if the last few series have jumped the shark somewhat (click back a few pages to find out why...).
