Loads of car for the money, bet it rides really well, dead comfy........but my God, that front end is just so hideous

I have a good made of mine that can't get enough of 406 Coupes (I think he's on his third now?). I mentioned the 407 to him once and got the worst stare...  then the utterance... 'it's just UGLY'.

This looks a bit of a bargain at £600 with MOT. Needs a new expansion tank apparently but change it outside the gaff and drive home.

I don't fully understand how the registration of kits cars works, but the fact that it's not a Q reg would make me think twice..

Rust. But that one looks less rusty than most. My uncle ran one of those for years in deepest, darkest Camarthenshire. It seemed to survive that for long enough!

It's newfangled tosh. Want to know what else is not only not to like, but to passionately hate?

Do people still bother doing this, or has this been sat in a garage for ten years?

That's what I always wonder when I see cars like that. I find it comical that he thinks that any classic owner would swap a classic for that shit-heap.

Check out this steaming pile.

I posted this in the Lazy Spotters thread a couple of months ago. Appears it's up for sale now. It's on one of the 70s council estates that ring Cardiff full of old dears who moved in when they were built.

Has test apparently. Might want to pump the wheels up before you drive it away.

23k on the clock. All MOTs and one owner from new. £450. I can pick shiters up from the station and deliver to the motor...

This old chestnut has just been relisted, and is heading towards a sensible price.  Now (just) below £2k.

If it's been parked there in the 2-3 years since these photos were taken, I fear bad things. Let's hope not.

I love that Hi level windscreen wiper. Is that a water in the driver side head lamp? What was the main purpouse for that type of convertion?

I think they are wheelchair adapted Metros. Kind of like them, wonder if you could make a camper from it. It will be water in the lamps, they look the same as the ones in my Reliant i have to drain in the winter/summer all the time
